Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges
If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, you may request an exchange within three days of delivery, provided the jewellery is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours. The replacement piece will be dispatched after we receive and validate the returned item.
Damaged on Arrival
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please notify us within three days of delivery. We will replace the piece at no additional cost.
Repairs & Lifetime Warranty
Our designs are intentionally delicate and should be handled with care. All House of Tarasya pieces are backed by a lifetime warranty.
If your jewellery requires repair, please email us with:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your original purchase receipt
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Pieces handcrafted specifically for you are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged.
Returns
