At House Of Tarasya, every piece is made-to-order not stored in warehouses, but thoughtfully handcrafted for you. We believe you’ll feel the difference the moment it arrives.

Still, if something feels off we're here.

If your piece doesn’t align with your expectations, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided:

• The jewellery is unworn and undamaged

• It’s returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt

• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Once received, we’ll gently inspect the piece to ensure it’s in its original condition before processing the exchange or credit.

In the rare case that your jewellery arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with photographs. We will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Each piece carries its own story which is why we do not offer refunds. But we promise: when you hold it, you’ll know it was worth the wait.
